Orders - received by 3 PM (local time of item(s) destination) are shipped the same business day. Orders are delivered direct from our warehouses to your door within 1-2 days throughout the USA.*

Multiple Shipments/Backorders - Why we make every effort to have in stock all items available at our fulfillment center, if an item ordered is not available, it may be shipped from a separate location, and therefore, may arrive at different times. Your original estimated shipping time will not change unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Order Confirmation - Upon order placement, an ORDER CONFIRMATION will be received via email containing order and payment confirmation. Upon order fulfillment, a separate SHIPPING CONFIRMATION will be sent along with a tracking number(s). Items shipped by different courier will receive a separate SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email containing tracking information.
