Packing up the bathroom may seem like a daunting prospect, but the name of the game is really consolidation. You'll probably do a lot of throwing out when you pack up your bathroom, but what's left will be very easy to pack and ship.
What You'll Need
When packing your bathroom supplies, you'll need a few materials:
The first thing you'll want to do is decide which things you actually want to bring with you. Near-empty bottles or items that you simply do not use should probably just be thrown away. You should also check the expiration dates of your toiletries and medicines. Trash anything that's past its date. Things like toilet brushes, rags, and anything else that is germ-filled and cheaply replaced should be thrown out as well.
Shower curtains and towels can be hung in wardrobe boxes or packed similar to clothes. Just be careful not to pack anything that's wet.
Toiletries and other items that you'll want to have on hand during the moving process can be set aside and packed with your luggage. Anything else can be packed in a small box. If you are concerned about things leaking, put them in plastic bags before you pack them. Make sure all the caps are tightly sealed. Anything that is glass or breakable can be wrapped in packing paper after it has been put in a plastic bag. Any extra room should be filled with crushed paper to keep everything from shifting around.
